I am a Senior Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft. I join Microsoft in September 1999 since then I've been working with Exchange and supported all versions of Exchange Server. I've served in a Support Engineer, Technical Lead, Support Escalation Engineer and currently working as a Senior Support Escalation Engineer. I've developed and delivered several training courses for Microsoft Support Escalation Engineers and Microsoft Gold Certified Partners. I've Bachelor degree in Engineering and just completed 10 year anniversary as Microsoft Certified Trainer. I'm happily married and have two children.
