I spent eight years designing, deploying, and operating network infrastructures before joining Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) in 1995. During ten years with MCS, I helped plan and deploy Windows Server and Exchange Server at many large enterprise customers, in addition to service providers offering hosted messaging. In 2005, I joined the Exchange Server product group to help improve supportability in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and helped add Exchange Server 2007 support to the Mail Flow Troubleshooter (ExMFA).  I'm now a program manager responsible for the core platform supporting the Edge and Hub Transport server roles.
