Hey, y'all! I'm a technical writer for Exchange Server. I've been at Microsoft since Spring of 2006, when I moved caddy-whompus across the country from Georgia. I mostly write about the Exchange Management Console, offline address books, e-mail address policies, and public folders. I've been a software technical writer, trainer, and instructional designer for over 8 years.  When I'm not at work, I'm hanging out with my husband, watching Sci-Fi Friday with my kids, baking cookies, crocheting, and doing anything crafty.
