Nicole Allen's Bio

I didn't set out to become a software engineer. I'm one of several former physicists in Exchange that made the switch to computers, and I haven't looked back. I joined Exchange in '97 and have worked on performance work for the last 6 years. Formerly the lead of the performance analyst team, I have been involved in a variety of performance investigations, including cached mode and site consolidation. I am currently developing a performance troubleshooter tool to automate the process of identifying performance problems. One of my passions is investigating performance of production environments, and recommending improvements to the product. I love making a great thing work even better!

I'm writing litterature (litterally!) on Exchange and Storage and would like to bounce a few things off to you; would you mind sharing your Exchange alias? I could send you works I'm doing on statistical vs. timeline performance analysis of Microsoft Exchange and of storage...

thanks,
pierre.
