I'm a Support Escalation Engineer for Exchange Server team. I've been working exclusively with Exchange since I began my IT career in 1999.  Before joining Microsoft I worked as a system administrator supporting Exchange server for several large companies.

Currently I am working on the client server team. I am specializing in support of the client access role, connectivity, Exchange web components (OWA, EAS, Outlook Anywhere, Certificates and S/MIME).
