Adam Glick's Bio

Hi, I'm Adam Glick, a Technical Product Manager with Microsoft's Unified Communications group.  My areas of focus include the Exchange Client Access Server role dealing with Exchange ActiveSync, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Anywhere Access, Exchange Web Services, Calendaring and Contacts.  I joined Microsoft in 2001.

I realize the iPhone is now capable of being on an exchange; however, is it possible to send/receive emails via the exchange & iPhone combo by using like the IMAP or POP3 type of set up?  OR, can the iPhone be setup in a way that a deleted email on the phone WILL NOT delete the email in Outlook/on the exchange?  Ultimately, I have coworkers that do not want the moves they make on their iPhones to be mirrored on the desktop/exchange.
