I am a project manager for community and collaboration for Exchange server. I work with our community tools such as our blog, forums and techcenter. I started working at Microsoft in 2000 as an intern on user experience projects for Windows Mobile. I was then offered a full-time position on the Mobile Information Server team as a technical writer. Since then, I have held several positions at Microsoft, including Program Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Writing lead. When I am not writing, I enjoy gardening, snowboarding, playing soccer, and spending time with my wife, four(!) children and our golden retriever.

In my "other" spare time, my wife and I are building a new house for our little family.
