I joined Microsoft's Messaging team about 4 years ago on the Microsoft Exchange Client/Server Infrastructure team. I have since moved on to the Administration team. I have worked onsite together with some of Microsoft's largest Premier customers to resolve mission critical and highly complex issues that involve their messaging infrastructures. I have a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Arizona State University.
