I am an Exchange Support Engineer at Microsoft in PSS and have been here for just over 5 years. I have held multiple roles including Exchange and IIS support. Currently I am supporting the Administration side of Exchange which covers disaster recovery, configuration issues, migration scenarios, etc. If Exchange/Active Directory/DNS is failing for whatever reason, then we are here to help you through those issues.
One of the things that I like to do is to document the undocumented, really dig in to complex issues, and offer assistance whenever I can.
