Ed Beck's Bio

I've been with Microsoft since 1995, starting off as a Support Engineer doing phone support for Microsoft Excel.  I gradually moved from supporting Excel to supporting Office Automation, and then Messaging in Developer Support.

I'm now a Product Quality Program Manager working with the Exchange Team.  This job focuses mostly on future releases of Exchange, and how to decrease the total cost of ownership by making it more supportable from both the customer's and support services point of view.

My current area of concentration is in Setup, Deployment and Migration, as well as Administration and Exchange Labs.

In my spare time I enjoy camping, backpacking, photography and most recently, woodworking.
