Is there any way to alter the rules that control the Autoaccept agent? Or, what would the impact be of adding standard rules to the resource via the menus in Outlook?

I ask because we currently have rules that restrict someone from booking a conference room if they are the only attendee, or if they have more than one conference room listed in their booking attempt.

Is there any way I can accomplish these types of tasks?
