Scott Landry's Bio

It's official - I've been at Microsoft for 10 years.  In that time, I've spent most of my time in the trenches supporting and improving Exchange - my head is crammed full of all sorts of Exchange knowledge from 5.0 to 2010.  You may be familiar with my KB articles, newsgroup postings, event id documentation, or webcasts, mostly in the area of SMTP and Transport - or perhaps I've bumped into you during the course of a support incident or at a conference.  At the present, I'm in a Product Quality Program Manager role working to improve the product and specifically focus on problems that people are having with it in the area of transport.  I'd love to hear any feedback that you have!

Prior to coming to Microsoft, I worked for four years as an administrator supporting IIS, Exchange, and a medium-sized network.  My education background is a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of S. Carolina, so I try to poke around in code, especially when it helps me to solve an issue or understand how something works.
