My name is Jon Avner. I have been a software developer for going on 19 years now. I spent most of that time working on messaging systems. I joined Microsoft in March of 1997 and have been working in Exchange ever since. I have worked mostly in the Exchange Information Store code as a developer. I am currently running the Exchange Tools Team, which is responsible for developing operational support tools designed to make administrators jobs simpler.
